Clubbell From Combat Weapons to Fitness Tools

In fact, the sport of baton has existed since ancient Egypt, and modern baton sports can be traced back to the “heroic movement” of ancient Persians.
Whether in ancient Persia or modern Iran, weightlifters, wrestlers, or boxers would exercise their strength with two large wooden sticks in the gym known as the “House of Strength”, and these people were known as Palavins, also known as swing strong men. But Iran’s baseball movement is the origin of modern baseball bells.
Hundreds of years ago, Iranian wrestlers and warriors used wooden “batbells” to exercise their bodies and enhance their upper body strength, laying the foundation for combat. In the following centuries, this practice spread to many different countries, with various forms of baton and bell swings being seen in countries in the Middle East and Asia.

And it is India that truly promotes the development of baton bells, especially in Indian wrestling where baton bells have almost become the standard training equipment for wrestling.
